Yee-haw! Cadillac Ranch - All American Bar & Grill - is now one of Indy's newest and largest downtown restaurant. The Western-style restaurant is in Union Station. Billed as an All-American bar and grill, the Cadillac Ranch serves up steaks, chops, barbecue, and burgers, including homestyle favorites like fried chicken, pulled pork, and homemade meatloaf. Dessert offerings include fried cheesecake, hot apple crisp, and dippin' dots ice cream. Indianapolis will represent the franchise's eighth location. Current locations include Cleveland; Cincinnati; Las Vegas; Nashville; Reno; National Harbor, Maryland; and Tempe, Arizona.
