What time do the doors open? 
For those who have opted to buy the dinner ticket, the doors open at 6:45 p.m. Dinner will be available between 6:45 p.m. - 8:15 p.m. Enter through the Crowne Plaza/second floor to the Illinois Street Ballroom. 

For regular and VIP ticket holders, the doors open at 8:30 p.m. The entrance is off Illinois Street - almost under the bridge. 


Do you have to be 21 to attend?
Yes. You must be 21 or older to attend. We will be asking to see ID's. 


What should I wear?
Dress up! It's New Year's Eve and only comes around once a year. We encourage you to "masquerade up" with masks, feathers, sparkles....polka dots...get original and have fun with it! The majority of people do dress up -- check out or photo album to get some ideas! We love glitter, sparkles, sequins, wings...


Will you have masks available?
Yes, we will have a wide variety of masquerade masks available for just $5-$8 each. 


Is there reserved seating?
Very limited reserved seating (order now), but there is plenty of seating between the Grand Hall and Iron Horse Lounge. VIP guests will find plenty of seating in the exclusive VIP Lounge (second floor overlooking the Grand Hall). If you have someone in your party that requires special seating (due to medical issue/handicap), please email BlueInkIndy@gmail.com. 


Do I need cash?
Yes, the bars are cash only. They will not take credit cards or keep tabs. 


Is there an ATM onsite?
Yes, there is an ATM just inside the Grand Hall doors.  


Are ticket refundable?
No, just like any other major concert of event, ​tickets are NOT refundable. 


What is the age range? 
The largest percentage of people are between 23-45 years old, but we have people from 21-80 attend!


I'm single. Is it okay to attend without a date? 
Heck yeah!!  It's a mixed crowd of couples and singles - about 50/50! We know a few marriages that have occurred after people have met at our event! 


I want to propose to my girlfriend/boyfriend. Can you help?

Is there a coat check?
Yes! There is a free coat check (actually two rooms) just inside the Illinois Street doors.


What are bar prices?
Beer is $5. Liquor/cocktails are $7.


Will there be food available?
​Yes, there will be a concession stand set up at 10 pm. It includes:
- Cheeseburger ($7)
- Breaded Chicken Sandwich ($7)
- Chili Dog ($5)
-  Steamed Pork Pot Stickers ($8)
- Chili Cheese Nachos ($9)
- Bag of Chips ($2)
